Beautiful art to feast your eyes on while you feast on some coffee and baked goods. Also there's wifi and good people.
interzone. dont let anything about this place fool you. it might be crowded with college kids... thats a good sign. get the drip coffee, get some quick breakfast... dont fuss about it. this place knows whats up and ive always had a great time when hanging out here
Food is good, but they don't actually enforce the smoking laws outside, so if you want to eat outside on a nice day you should eat elsewhere. There were people sitting on the patio smoking for over an hour on a not busy day, so the staff definitely saw them and didn't feel like reminding them. Personally don't enjoy burritos with a side of second hand smoke
Love this funky little coffee shop.
Staff needs education on ADA guidelines regarding service animals. We were asked if our dog was a service animal, which he is, and we answered yes. Completely appropriate for staff to ask the question. Then they began to escalate and continued to challenge, which was inappropriate and also very embarrassing to be called out in front of others. Finally the staff wound down a bit but continued to mutter under their breath.A person with a disability has a protected right to a service animal. Staff either has not been trained properly or does not care. While not in a wheelchair, I notice that Interzone's space, and the restroom in particular, would not be easily accessible for a wheelchair. I have to conclude that people with disabilities are not welcome at Interzone. Accommodating a person with a disability is not optional. It is the law.The coffee is good here.
Love Interzone!!! Great place to study and have wholesome snacks.
Great hidden Corvallis gem. They have a wide variety hot and cold beverages, including some fun ones like a Corvallis Fog (their unique twist on a London Fog). They have a several vegan "milk" choices. They also have great food. On the weekends they have an entire vegan brunch menu, as well as non-vegan brunch. And they always have a vegan food option during normal business hours. They even have vegan baked goods. The decor is also fun. The tables are retro, and they have a fun cassette/comic exchange library! This is just a great place to come and relax or meet friends for a coffee break. They also do concerts too!
Nice little corner coffee joint, beats the heck off a chain shop, but without your boutique shop's feeling of superiority
Reminds me of the coffee shops in the Portland before everything got so damn fancy.
One of my favorites coffee places in corvallis, it has a great atmosphere to work, or meet up with a friend for coffee. The usually have amazing art that showcase local artist. and I believe has the best coffee.
The food and coffee are great! It's a nice place to sit and read for a while, or if you're in a rush you can grab a cup to go. The employees are always helpful and fast, and I always have a good experience here.
Good coffee and service. Funky setting but comfortable and easy to relax, work, study, whatever.
Best coffee in Corvallis, best café in Corvallis, best Baristas in Corvallis, most welcoming environment! I go there and there only for my coffee!
Great tea, and always a clean environment. They reduce reuse and recycle all the time and they have a smoking area outside.Go there for the atmosphere.
Ever since I moved away from the Santa Cruz area in California, I have been homesick for a good vegan/vegetarian restaurant and coffeehouse. When I left California to go to OSU, I found it, at Interzone! Everyone is friendly, and it's got a nice feel to it. This place has quickly become my favorite spot, and hey; it's within walking distance of classes, and it's right by my favorite dispensary. Give it a try, I think you'll like it too!
Great college town coffeeshop. Check out some live music!
I love going to the Interzone for 2 primary reasons, firstly, the staff are always exceptional and some have become good friends, also "Corvallis Experiments in Noise" hosts several Noise shows there and last night was a phenomenal puppet show! So great and so big in fact, that they creatively walked us all outside, and the entirety of the incredible puppet show was in the open area in front of the beauty salon tucked in the back on the side. What a fun evening. Poncili Creacion is the name of puppet show group! Support them if you're so inclined. I certainly do! 🧡💛💚
Nice cozy spot. Atmosphere is chill. Good vibe.
I like the vibe in this place a lot; very young, very college town--a lot of personality! The people who work here are awesome, super friendly and real. It's too bad I live too far away to make this a weekly stop. Lots of espresso and vegetarian/vegan options here! Would definitely recommend
An inclusive coffee shop where locals gather and the hip collage students study. Top tier queer vibes, great local shows and eclectic folks in the smoking area. The coffee is okay but you pay for the atmosphere.
Very friendly staff. Cozy place
The baristas pay close attention to the details and always pull an excellent double shot. It is the type of place that makes you want to get a coffee drink and sit around for a while and read or write. I really appreciate some of the art on the walls and the retro style the tables and chairs.
Interzone! A go-to for vegetarian breakfast and decent cup of coffee on the weekend. Decent mix of locals and OSU students. The 'zones scene may not be to everyone's liking, but continues to be one of my favorite places in town.
Loved the atmosphere with solid coffee. Nice place to stop for a moment and read while passing through town.
Please please get coconut milk ❤️
Love their unique selection of drinks besides the standard coffee fair and their wholesome quick food options. Just wish they had comfier furniture/seating options other than hard plastic chairs salvaged from OSUsed (though I do acknowledge it’s a small space and those chairs are designed for space efficiency!)
Interzone's coffee is great, and reasonably priced. Never tried their food or snacks; however, I strongly dislike that they have muffins and other pastry on the countertop, without any coverage, right at where everyone waits and pays and touches everything... no comment, but I wouldn't eat that. The decoration is unique and fine, but most of the time it is hard to find a free spot to sit. They are good for a quick stop l, but would look elsewhere to sit down and catch up with a friend.
This is a great college coffee shop. Very nice folks working here too
Organic food, great employees, a mix of large and small tables, and live music some nights. What's not to like? Only drawback is that it is sometimes so busy it is hard to find a table. They also have board games you can play and a small lending library and nobody hassles you if you stay for hours and don't buy stuff. Outside tables and original artwork hangs on the walls, too.
Always a good mellow atmosphere for hanging out it dates. A very nice staff who are very welcoming and cheerful. They are also very prudent with their service. They have a great selection if products too. I would recommend this place for anyone asking for a great coffee place in Corvallis.
Been coming here for 15 years, great everything.
Cool place to have a coffee. Provides a briiliant showcase for local artists as well.
They really let you relax and and very accepting of all culture here. Great art work and use their space well.Great potatoes
Nice outdoor seating area.
I was turned on to the Interzone by Nathaniel A. Shaw. GREAT place for a Lavender Honey latte.
Great coffee, great food, fantastic people.
Good coffee.Keep the Sumatra and soy milk flowing ...
Lovely scene, good music, good coffee. The mac & cheese is delicious.
Funky atmosphere. Nice baristas.
Their entire menu is delicious😋.
The best latte you can find in the US! Or at least I really like it. Great vegan coffee cakes, too. Went there every morning for a number of years, until I moved away.
Vegan/Vegetarian friendly. Great selection, and good quality.
great coffee good environment to study for classes
I ordered a white hot chocolate, which I enjoyed. The service was okay though, the person at the cash register seemed really grouchy, despite my best efforts to connect.
The worlds best scones, muffins and coffee cake. Before I retired I occasionally bought all they had and took them to work. You should hear the ooohs and aaahs when they saw me bringing them in.
I'm not a big coffee person, but their tea drinks are good here, as well as the food. Chill atmosphere as well.
Gives me the creeps and feels like it's trying too hard to be...whatever it is it's trying to be. Neither relaxing nor mentally stimulating; just loud and distracting. The coffee always tastes watery, even espresso.
Wonderful place, good coffee, great treats and friendly staff. Support the best local spot!!!!!!!!!!!!!❤️
Very cool place with good food and coffee.
Excellent cafe with vegan options. Locally owned. The food was delicious, and comforting.
